Full server management and proactive monitoring will usually always be an expensive additional cost elsewhere. With Netports this is all inclusive.
New Tiered cPanel Pricing.
cPanel now has a tiered licencing pricing method which is based on the number of cPanel hosting accounts being hosted. Unfortunately, this does make things a little more expensive but it's something providers and their customers all over the world have to deal with.
You will need to select the number of hosting accounts you will be licenced to host during our ordering process. Changing this number at any time is only a matter of letting us know by emailing support@netports.com.au.
Backup Local & Remote
All VPS's come with an on-disk backup regime which can be modified to your preference.
In addition, we also offer a remote backup service where we configure backups to be stored remotely for that supreme level of safety. At only $11.00 incl GST per month per 100GB of remote storage space it is a very small amount to pay for peace-of-mind. We highly recommend this service.
